The gift of your time as a volunteer is one of the most valuable contributions you can make to the Foundation. As a volunteer, you can make a real difference in people’s lives, including your own. While your generous gift of time is helping others feel relaxed and welcome, it’s also helping you meet new people, develop additional skills and find personal satisfaction.

Along with the many personal benefits, volunteers also receive free annual flu vaccines, invitations to events and discounts at shops, restaurants and healthcare locations.
